The second important part is offering only cruelty-free brands. I know this may seem naïve, but when I was shopping online on some of the big-name brand stores, it just didn’t occur to me that these brands would still be testing on animals. I would get the products home and after a few universal prompts (you know… brief messages from the universe that lead you to a complete an organised action) I decided to start investigating if these products were actually cruelty free by simply Googling it. I was surprised to find that they weren’t.

Now I’m in a predicament. I have this product, I paid a lot of money for it, it’s not cruelty free, and I don’t know I shouldn;t just throw the product away because it’s so wasteful. I’m in a moral bind and I decide it’s just not a good enough way to shop online and I hear from friends that they also experience this so I decide to create a place just for us… Loyal Crush (our loyal shoppers). In doing so, I hope other people will start to understand that the products they purchase are not always cruelty free – plus, they may contain harmful chemicals and wasteful packaging.

I also wanted to create a health centre. As someone who believes in the power of small daily rituals of self-care to help maintain happiness and well being, I wanted to create a space where everyone could enjoy those small moments to take care of yourself, because you’re worth it. So, I’m combining yoga, meditation, internal and external wellbeing in the one place. I hope you love it. I hope it brings you happiness.
