When you order from Loyal Crush, orders will generally be processed the next available business day (excluding public holidays).

Couriers collect daily from our warehouse and we choose the best available service to our knowledge at the time of sending.

You can choose an express service in checkout. Express usually takes 1-2 business days to CBD locations Australia wide and 2-5 business days regional.

The express service is $15 and parcels are only guaranteed to be sent with an express service when the express option is selected.

Where express is not selected, parcels to CBD and regional locations may take 2-5 business days. 

The regular service is $10 for purchases under $50 and free over $50.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

We do not currently ship internationally (outside Australia).
